FAQs

The order still shows one bundle product, not the picks

Mix and match needs Cart Transform on. Open the app → Settings → Enable Cart Transform. For a selling-plan mix, Cart Transform cannot run on that line; the app adds the picks after the order is created. That needs the hosted app and the orders webhook, not a theme change.

Shoppers do not see a picker on the product page

Online Store → Themes → Customize → product template → Add block → Bundles Extend. Turn off any old Bundles Extend app embed if it is still on. You do not edit theme code.

Buy One Get One is still charging full price

Open Settings and enable Line discounts. The percent off is applied on the real product line. If the offer is a draft, publish the product first.

Quantity breaks or complete the set look right in the cart but not at checkout

Same Line discounts setting. Complete the set keeps the main item and add-ons as their own lines. If the add-on is missing, check that it is linked on the offer and published to the Online Store.

Can I use this on Free?

Free includes 5 offers: Buy One Get One, Buy X Get Y, quantity break, or complete the set. Mix and match expansion is Pro. Open Pricing for the full comparison, or change plan from Settings if you need more than 5 offers or mix expansion.

How do I change plan?

Open the app → Settings → Change plan. Shopify’s picker lets you move between Free and Pro. You do not reinstall the app or contact us.

Does this rewrite my theme?

No. You add a block on the product template. Removing the block or uninstalling the app leaves your theme files as they were.

How do I turn it off?

Unpublish or archive the offer products, or uninstall Bundles Extend. Uninstall deletes our session for that shop. Products and discounts you created in Shopify stay in the shop until you delete them.
